The Radford Soccer Club (RSC) was founded January 2000 in order to promote the growth and development of soccer in the
New River
Valley.
The first season consisted of two teams, U9 girls and U11 girls. As of fall 2007, the club has grown to 12 teams encompassing both boys and girls ages 9 to 18 and teams from Radford, Christiansburg, Floyd, and Pulaski.
The Radford Soccer Club is a member of the Blue Ridge Classic League (BRCL), which consists of 20 clubs and over 158 teams located from the New River Valley to Waynesboro, the Allegheny Highlands to Danville. Both the RSC and the BRCL are all members and part of the Virginia Youth Soccer Association.
