Radford Soccer Club Game Cancellation Procedure
- The website (RadfordSoccer.com) will be used to communicate Field Playability by 9:00 AM on game day. The notice is located on the Main Home Page, in the Headlines section which is located on the right side of the page.
- On the morning of Home Matches, prior to 9:00 AM, Noel Slone, Field Coordinator will check the condition of fields used by the Radford Soccer Club and make a determination as to their playability.
- If the fields are determined to be playable, the designation listed on the website will not change. Proceed with your match.
- If the fields are determined NOT to be playable, the designation listed on the website will change, by 9:00 AM for THAT DAY and that day ONLY.
- Noel Slone will contact the Referee Assignor and notify them that matches have been cancelled for the day.
- Managers will need to notify the Visiting Team Contact to inform them of the cancellation and begin rescheduling.
- Managers may notify Coaches and Players as they deem appropriate or require them to check the website, after 9:00 AM.
- Please do not call Noel Slone and especially prior to 9:00 AM, as he will be busy determining playability on each home field.
